Which HubLite Plan is best for me?

HubLite offers three levels of month-to-month subscription plans to allow you to tackle immediate and ongoing improvements to your HubSpot portal. Take a look at the list of tasks included, and depending on your expected volume of work and particular requirements, choose the plan that best meets your needs. Remember, you can upgrade or downgrade at any time!

HubLite Plans

Tall: Perfect if you have a small number of key projects/tasks you want to complete each month.
Venti: If you have an average number of projects/tasks you want to complete each month, this is our most popular plan.
Grande: If you have a large number of projects/tasks you want to complete each month, then this plan will help you achieve your goals at speed.

What happens when I sign up to HubLite

Once you have signed up for your plan, you will be sent a series of emails requesting access to your HubSpot portal, giving you access to your HubLite Dashboard (and the power to submit tasks immediately!) and an invite to an initial kick-off call with one of our HubSpot experts.

Can I cancel at any time?

Yes, you can cancel at any time before the next billing period. Once we’ve received your request to cancel, your subscription will finish at the end of the current billing cycle. Bonus, if you change your mind before the end of the current billing cycle, don’t stress - you can easily resubscribe!

Which countries & time zones do you support?

We support HubSpot users around the world. Although our headquarters are in South Africa, we currently work with clients from almost every continent, including Europe, the USA, the United Kingdom, Australia and throughout Africa. All communication is handled via your dashboard and email so time zones are not a limitation

What types of tasks can I submit?

We can jump in and assist you with the delivery of just about any tasks you might need actioned across all HubSpot hubs, including HubSpot CRM, Marketing Hub, Sales Hub, Service Hub, CMS Hub.

If you’re not sure, just ask! Our team of HubSpot experts will validate your tasks and let you know when they will be completed. And if more complex design and dev is required, we’ll give you a call to discuss your options.

How many tasks can I submit?

As many as you wish! You have access to unlimited task requests and we’ll work on 1, 3 or 5 at a time, depending on the plan you’ve chosen.

What is an active task?

An active task is a HubSpot task that has been submitted, validated, assigned and is currently being worked on. You can check on the status of your tasks from your dashboard!

What are your turnaround times like?

All tasks submitted through your HubLite dashboard are reviewed and, depending on the complexity of the task, how much information is provided/required, and how many active tasks your plan allows for, an estimated delivery time will be provided once we have validated and accepted the task.

Does HubLite cover custom design and development?

While HubLite is focused on the delivery of tasks using HubSpot’s existing templates and modules, we have a team of experts on standby to assist with more complex tasks. Simply let us know what you need and we’ll book some time to fully understand your requirements and then quote accordingly.
