The HubSpot core

Your systems do not talk to each other.

HubSpot wired to your store, finance system, ERP, database or custom application, with a clear owner for every field and a sync you can actually debug.

A named specialist replies within one working day. No sales sequence.

How does Muloo integrate HubSpot with other systems?

We define which system owns each field, then build the sync using native connectors, the HubSpot API or a middleware layer, whichever is cheapest to run. Every integration ships with error handling, logging and a documented field map, so a failure is visible rather than silent.

Where your data lives

Systems we have connected HubSpot to.

Commerce

  • Shopify Stores we build and connect. Orders and customers land in HubSpot, and live products display in HubSpot website modules.

Finance and ERP

  • Sage Custom finance connectors, so invoices and payment status sit on the HubSpot record.
  • Xero Invoices, payments and balances synced to companies and deals.
  • SAP Customer and order data from SAP, available to sales and service in HubSpot.
  • Dynamics 365 Account and contact sync where Dynamics stays the system of record.

Data and infrastructure

  • Snowflake HubSpot data in the warehouse, for reporting that crosses systems.
  • PostgreSQL Self hosted databases behind custom apps, calculators and portals.
  • SQL Server Line of business databases read into HubSpot on a schedule.
  • Google Cloud Hosting for integration services, functions and data pipelines.
  • Railway Deployed services and APIs that do the work HubSpot cannot host.
  • Azure Integration services inside a client's own Microsoft estate.

Apps and automation

  • Home Assistant Business automation that turns physical events into HubSpot activity.
  • iOS Mobile apps that read and write HubSpot records.
  • Android The same apps, on the other half of your team's phones.

How we build integrations

Scope and shape

Scope and shape.

Every engagement is scoped properly before it starts. This is the shape of a typical one.

Typical duration
Two to ten weeks per integration A native connector is days. A custom two-way sync is not
Common targets
Commerce, finance, ERP, data warehouse, apps Shopify, Sage, Xero, SAP, Snowflake, PostgreSQL, Home Assistant and bespoke applications
Sync direction
One-way by default Two-way only where the business genuinely needs it, because it doubles the failure modes
What you leave with
A documented field map and a runbook Including what to check first when it breaks

How it runs

Define. Build. Prove. Monitor.

  1. 01

    Define

Field ownership, direction, frequency and conflict rules, written down and agreed.

  2. 02

    Build

Built in a sandbox against real data shapes, not sample payloads.

  3. 03

    Prove

Reconciliation run against both systems before it goes anywhere near production.

  4. 04

    Monitor

Logging and alerting handed over, with a named owner for failures.

Before you ask

The questions we get on this one.

Should we use the native connector or build custom?

Native if it covers the fields you need, every time. It is cheaper to run and somebody else maintains it. Custom is for when the native one forces you to change your data model to suit it.

Who maintains it afterwards?

You, with the runbook, or us on a retainer. What we will not do is hand over an undocumented integration and wish you luck.

Can you integrate with our in-house system?

If it has an API or can write to a database or file drop, yes. If it has neither, the honest answer is that the integration project starts on their side.
